This is one of the toughest in the country. For those who dare, the blue tees offer a considerable challenge because the hole turns slightly to the right at about the 130 yard mark, the right half of the fairway will require the player to play a fairly significant cut into the green. The optimum tee shot will hug the left side of the fairway leaving a straight shot to the green. Even those playing from one of the up tees will find that it is usually a middle iron to the long and narrow green. This is no easy feat considering that the green is surrounded by deep bunkers and is slightly elevated in the front. Once on the green, there are several undulations that need to be negotiated. If you can make a par here, you have golfed your ball!
